Ready to Ride at 9:30 am
The Lupines: They are in bloom! They appeared much earlier than usual this year. They may not be fully open right now, but they are looking good. I saw them on Sunday, they are beautiful, and will be beautiful over the next week or 2.

Lunch and snack stop will be at the Israel River Campground OR about 3.5 miles further at the viewing platform in Pondicherry, depends on the group's decision.

Here is the map:
Driving Pinkham B Road's “dirt and "pavement" is not pleasant. The forest is beautiful, the dirt part of the road are OK, but the pavement parts are typically very rough and potholed. There has been some work done on it recently, maybe it has improved. If you aren’t sure if your car will like it, best to avoid that route to the ride start. Instead, drive Route 16 north to Gorham, take a left at the intersection, go though town and take a left on Route 2 at the traffic light. Go up the big hill and down the other side. Just after the hill flattens, Pinkham B Road will be on your left. Take the left and drive about 0.5 mile to the parking area on the right at the rail trail crossing right near the Randolph town maintenance facility.
