RIde Cancelled due to Unclear Forecast

The forecast for Tuesday has changed over the day. Originally it seemed like certain rain, but now it is iffy. Some forecasts show clouds, some show some chances of showers. I think I need to finally make a call on this now:  I will cancel due to the chances of rain, damp weather and wet dirt roads.
